Job Description
R.C. Moore, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Pittston, PA location. We are an employee-owned (ESOP) leading 3PL company involved in Trucking, warehousing, and brokering, established in 1956. We are a growing business looking to add valuable team members to our close-knit group. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a member of the Operations team and provides administrative and customer service support. The CSR serves as the primary liaison between Operations and external partners, including receivers, shippers, and brokers. This role also provides support to internal departments throughout the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Update load, delivery, and pickup information in Turvo and TMS. Track shipment status and communicate delays or service issues. Coordinate appointments with customers, shippers, and receivers. Monitor and respond to customer emails and requests. Maintain shipment documentation, including BOLs and PODs. Track late loads and support daily operational activities. Collaborate with all departments to provide excellent customer service.QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of customer service experience preferred; transportation or logistics experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
