Toy Cart Sales Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Philadelphia Premium Outlets, Pottstown, PA About the Role We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Sales Associate to join our toy cart team at Philadelphia Premium Outlets. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with families, creating fun shopping experiences, and helping customers find the perfect toys and gifts. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining an attractive display, and helping drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage with shoppers of all ages Demonstrate toys and products when appropriate Assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments Keep the cart clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day Set up and break down merchandise displays as needed Monitor inventory levels and notify management when restocking is needed Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions Follow company policies and procedures Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive shopping environment Qualifications Retail, sales, customer service, or cash handling experience preferred (but not required) Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Comfortable approaching and engaging customers Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred Flexible scheduling opportunities Compensation Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for performance-based bonuses and incentives Employee discounts Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, takes initiative, and is excited about helping customers discover toys and gifts that bring joy to children and families.
