Develop and execute a roadmap for market growth within the Pottsville area. Host informative, face-to-face meetings to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms. Mentorship of new agency members as we increase our local presence. Maintain accurate client records and ensure every policyholder feels heard and valued. Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our local outreach strategies.
