Robert Half is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join a local team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, orders, service issues, and general support
Resolve customer concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies
Meet performance goals related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Provide excellent service while maintaining professionalism and empathy Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple screens at once
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
