Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused HR Shared Services Representative to support employees and managers with timely, accurate guidance in Reading, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can evaluate questions efficiently, provide clear direction, and maintain thorough records within HR support systems. The person in this role will help create a positive service experience by resolving routine issues directly and coordinating with the appropriate teams when more complex matters arise.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and supervisors, delivering attentive and responsive support.
  • Review each inquiry to determine the appropriate next step, aiming to resolve concerns promptly while gathering all necessary details.
  • Manage intake and documentation of cases from initial entry through resolution, including routing or escalating matters when broader support is needed.
  • Guide employees on HR resources, policies, and self-service tools so they can navigate common issues more independently.
  • Maintain accurate records in case management and HR systems, ensuring all interactions are documented clearly and completely.
  • Complete administrative and transactional HR tasks as assigned, while meeting quality and timing expectations.
  • Assist with additional HR projects and operational priorities directed by leadership as business needs evolve.
