Full Time, Day Shift Position Summary:
Assist the Sales and Marketing Representative in updating accounts and other internal customer service functions while providing excellent customer service for both intern and external customers. Provide proactive and reactive sales of Occupational Medicine services to both internal and external customers.
Education, License & Cert:
High School education, Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Experience:
One to two years customer service experience and/or AAS degree preferred.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for learning OSHA and other Occupational Medicine and industrial regulations. (DOT, NEPA, NFPA, NIOSH, CAHOC, etc.) 2. Responsible for assisting the Sales Marketing Representative in setting up new accounts in Epic, database, Microsoft Word profile, and eScreen 123 according to the individualized plan discussed with client. 3. Create a mechanism to make sure existing accounts are reviewed and updated on an annual basis. 4. Update current accounts in the above‐mentioned computer systems after reviewing the account information with the company as well as the Sales Marketing Representative if necessary. 5. Assist the Sales Marketing Representative in setting up appointments with clients, coordinating on‐site physicals/testing, and any other clerical type functions. 6. Conduct both telephone and email surveys to internal and external customers to determine the level of satisfaction with the Occ. Med. program. (ie. Guthrie participating providers, office staff, company contacts, and employees.) 7. Compile various types of data and create reports for the Sales Marketing Representative, Occupational Medicine Supervisor, Director of Occupational Medicine, Assistant Director of Occupational Medicine, as well as the Occ. Med. department associates. 8. Work collaboratively with the Sales Marketing Representative, the Occ. Med. Coordinator, and the medical Director to review and discuss customer services issues, solve problems, create corrective action plans and implement as necessary. 9. Maintain and order necessary marketing supplies for the Sales Marketing Representative. 10. Assist in maintaining current client relationships and speak with new/potential clients to develop and secure association. 11. Work with clients and third‐party account teams to ensure full understanding of Guthrie's Occupational Medicine services. 12. Responsible for maintaining lists of services for all clients and coordinating with the Visit Coordinators, Nurses, PSS, and staff of 15 locations to maintain communication and ensure our companies receive the services they require. 13. Manage the current, large portfolio of clients in various industries. Provide clients with OSHA and Guthrie Occupational Medicine focused insights regarding medical surveillance services to assist with their compliance and various regulatory agencies, promote the use of Guthrie Occupational medicine as the regional program of choice. 14. Work collaboratively with Account Representative and the Visit Coordinators regarding customer concerns of questions. 15. Attend biweekly meetings with the Occupational Medicine administrative team to provide updated information, evaluation of clinic and clinic needs, and suggestions regarding necessary training sessions for all Guthrie offices that provide Occupational medicine services to Guthrie and to outside contracts. This includes both providers and office staff. 16. Assist the Sales Marketing Representative in organizing monthly Industrial Advisory Committee meetings and/or manage arrangements when the Representative is not available by creating and maintaining attendance lists, email lists, requests for copies of the presentations, as well as meeting agendas and email reminders for attendees. Additionally, responsible for assisting physicians and mid‐levels with presentations and offer technical support during meeting.
Other Duties:
1. Assist the Sales Marketing Representative with contract maintenance and updates. 2. Cover Visit Coordinators when they are not available to answer phones and/or schedule services. 3. Attend on‐site meetings with the Sales Marketing Representative to speak with companies regarding Occ. Med. services and provide the essential information required to help build relationships with companies in our community and encourage them to use Guthrie for their needs. #
