This Automotive position plays an important leadership role within our Dealership and serves as a key connection between customers and our Service Department. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with Automotive service needs Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations Communicate with customers throughout the repair process through phone, text, and email Coordinate with technicians and Service Department staff regarding vehicle repairs and timelines Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up Recommend additional maintenance and Automotive services when appropriate Explain completed repairs, charges, and maintenance recommendations to customers Utilize Dealership software and mobile technology for customer communication and repair tracking Maintain accurate records while following federal and state regulations Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience Support Dealership operations and complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
