Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front-End Associate to join our team. Full-Time, approximately four days a week rotating. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Experience in the food industry or retail is preferred, particularly in settings such as cafés, grocery stores, or quick-service fast food restaurants. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Perform basic math calculations for sales and change. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end, including bussing tables if applicable. Assist with product stocking and inventory management as required. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a café, grocery store, or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register. Basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
