Position Description Front-End Workers interact directly with customers from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave. You'll check guests in, explain room rules, answer questions, upsell add-ons, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. During busy periods—especially weekends—you'll be a key part of keeping operations smooth and guests happy.
