Job Summary PolicyVisor Insurance Group is a growing independent insurance agency looking for an Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This position will primarily focus on servicing our existing personal insurance clients, including home, auto, umbrella, rental properties and other personal lines policies. We also work with small commercial clients, and this position will assist with servicing those accounts as well. We're a small agency, so we're looking for someone who is dependable, organized and comfortable taking ownership of client needs from start to finish. We also want someone who pays attention to the bigger picture — recognizing when a client may be missing important coverage or when there is an opportunity to place additional business with the agency. This is primarily an account management and customer service position, not a call center or high-pressure sales position. Responsibilities Manage and service existing personal lines accounts Process policy changes and endorsements Assist clients with billing and policy questions Add and remove vehicles, drivers and other exposures Process mortgage and lienholder changes Provide ID cards, evidence of insurance and other policy documents Review upcoming renewals and identify accounts that may need attention Remarket accounts when appropriate Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters Help clients understand their coverage and available options Follow up with clients by phone, email and text Assist with certificates, endorsements and general servicing of small commercial accounts Maintain accurate client and policy information in our agency management system Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities, such as home, auto, umbrella, rental property and other insurance needs Work with our producers to follow up on additional coverage opportunities Qualifications Previous insurance agency experience preferred Personal lines insurance experience strongly preferred Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license preferred Independent agency experience is a plus, but not required Commercial insurance experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities Ability to work independently and take ownership of client issues Comfortable using insurance carrier websites and technology Comfortable identifying additional coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities Experience with HawkSoft or comparative rating systems is a plus Compensation & Schedule $45,000-$60,000 per year , based on experience and licensing Full-time Monday through Friday In-office position in Springfield, PA Paid time off No evenings or weekends About PolicyVisor PolicyVisor Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency based in Springfield, PA.
