Job Description
Job description We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want to work in a fast-paced family-owned business. We are a hybrid of a market and a restaurant. Our shops sell/serve beer and wine in both retail and in person capacities. We care about producing quality food for our community and are in search of individuals who want to be part of our Team. Beer/Wine/Servers are the glue of the dining room and do everything from helping to pour beer, expedite food, to hand selling wine to ringing customers out.
Key Details:
$16.00- 20.00/hr + tips (generally $4 to $6/hr after the 90 day probationary period). Shifts are typically 11:00 pm
- 7:00 pm, or 2 pm
- 10 pm.
Elementary bar service:
beer and wine only. Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of displays and products. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas and storefront. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Part-Time and Full-Time are available. 20% Discount on all purchases except for alcohol. Tip eligible after 90 day probationary period. Health Insurance available to full time employees after 90 days. 401k (4% matching) available to all employees after probationary period. PTO accrual begins after 6 months.Benefits
