Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide top-tier service from start to finish Take in-store, phone, and online orders accurately using our POS system Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Assist customers with menu recommendations, including pizza, ice cream, and milkshakes Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage/ice cream stations clean and organized Restock items, maintain displays, and ensure the shop looks fresh and inviting Support team members during busy rushes to keep operations smooth and efficient Maintain strong phone etiquette when taking orders or answering questions Qualifications Previous experience in food service, retail, or cashiering is a plus—but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying organized under pressure Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change Reliable, punctual, and ready to bring energy to every shift Why Work at Pizza Palermo?
