Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently using the POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space throughout the shift. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and support during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
