Wayne Pennsylvania As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Be responsible for efficiently addressing customer and vendor needs by answering inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a call center environment. Be responsible for responding to customer requests by providing confirmation/information within the required timeframe. Be responsible for requesting lease payoff quotes and providing conditional sales buyout quotes. Be responsible for processing payment requests and answering payment inquiries. Be responsible for providing/generating documents such as invoice copies, contract copies, amortization schedules, bills of sale, etc. Be responsible for answering general inquiries regarding tax, insurance, end of lease, etc. Be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, including password resets, login issues, and general portal navigation inquiries. Be responsible for updating general customer account information, such as billing address, contact information, and payment information. Be responsible for completing additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma. 1-3 years of customer service experience Some experience within a telephone call center. Technical/Functional skills and knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions. Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience within the financial services industry. Knowledge of the leasing industry. College degree. Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS
Pay Range•: Between $22 - $25 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
