Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Process policy changes, endorsements, and coverage updates for personal lines insurance accounts.
Prepare and issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and loss run requests.
Process customer payments and assist with billing inquiries.
Enter and update policyholder information, coverage details, and transactions in the agency management system.
Respond to personal lines policyholder inquiries regarding existing policies, coverage, billing, and documentation.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation for personal lines insurance accounts.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.

- Wayne, PA Our client is an independent insurance agency in the Wayne, PA area seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support personal lines insurance servicing and policy administration.
Responsibilities:
Support personal lines account managers with daily insurance servicing and policy administration.Process policy changes, endorsements, and coverage updates for personal lines insurance accounts.
Prepare and issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and loss run requests.
Process customer payments and assist with billing inquiries.
Enter and update policyholder information, coverage details, and transactions in the agency management system.
Respond to personal lines policyholder inquiries regarding existing policies, coverage, billing, and documentation.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation for personal lines insurance accounts.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience servicing personal lines insurance clients.Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 50k- 60k/year rangeIn-office schedule Monday
- Friday, 8: 00 AM
- 4: 00 PM.
