Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle service experience. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and excellent communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs. Explain repair recommendations clearly, including estimates and scope of work, utilizing estimating software. Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, or transmission diagnostics to enhance vehicle performance. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services. Maintain detailed service records, process invoices, and handle cash transactions accurately. Communicate effectively with clients about vehicle status, repair progress, and recommended future maintenance. Assist in managing customer relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional client communication. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in auto service management within a dealership or independent shop environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, collision repair, oil changes, tire services, shocks & struts, brake repair, transmissions, suspension systems, and automotive repair procedures. Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity. Dealership experience is a plus but not required; automotive technician experience is valuable for understanding technical details. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
