Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer account activity for wholesale and retail clients, providing timely updates and resolving service-related questions with professionalism.
- Enter and revise production purchase orders, bulk orders, and manual orders while maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
- Prepare and update customer templates, accessory documentation, item cross-references, catalogs, and pricing files to support pre-production and ongoing account needs.
- Monitor order flow, drop-ship activity, bulk order progress, and shipment status to help ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.
- Maintain customer address data, support new client onboarding paperwork, and coordinate account setup needs with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with sales, production, design, planning, distribution, logistics, finance, IT, and ecommerce teams to keep customer requests moving efficiently.
- Research vendor compliance standards and apply required updates to internal files, processes, and customer-facing documentation.
- Review pricing discrepancies, process returns, issue credits or return authorizations when appropriate, and help resolve order-related variances.
- Work across multiple business and warehouse platforms to support customer requirements, order tracking, and operational accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in client service, customer support, order entry, or account coordination within a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to manage detailed information accurately, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow processes consistently.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment workflows, production order handling, and customer account maintenance.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, SAP, or similar business systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
