Full Job Description Guest Services:

Main Desk, part-time-closing shift Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex is looking for outgoing and cheerful individuals possessing excellent customer service skills to work our evening and weekend closing shift. Candidates must be mature, reliable, offer excellent customer service and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and willing to enthusiastically address customer concerns with compassion. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. Candidates should have basic knowledge of office operations, equipment along with basic math skills and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel will be helpful. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with two years customer service experience, preferred.
