Hardenbergh Insurance Group (HIG) is seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Associate Account Manager to join our team in Marlton, NJ. The primary purpose of this position is to manage day-to-day client service needs, maintain accurate account information, communicate with insurance carriers, and support the successful retention and servicing of existing business. The ideal candidate is an experienced insurance professional who is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable exercising discretion and independent judgment when making decisions that impact clients and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process client change requests, excluding mortgage company changes. Reconcile and resolve client billing and coverage inquiries. Research and respond promptly and accurately to client and insurance carrier inquiries. Assist with First Notice of Loss (FNOL) reporting to carriers and support claim resolution. Perform remarketing activities for existing clients when appropriate. Handle walk-in client requests and provide professional, knowledgeable service. Review expiration lists to ensure renewals have been properly issued and updated in the agency management system, including agency-billed accounts. Maintain accurate and complete client and policy records in Epic in accordance with agency standards. Follow all department processes, procedures, and established service standards. Exercise sound judgment and discretion when addressing client and account issues. Complete special assignments and projects at the request of the Department Manager. Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service in all client and carrier interactions.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of insurance experience —

. Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer License —

REQUIRED

. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and promptly. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to define problems, gather and analyze information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
