Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

IN-PERSON POSITION

- Laurel, Maryland We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance agency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing and eligible to obtain a Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable assisting customers by phone and in person Dependable, organized, and able to follow through on assigned tasks Comfortable learning new computer systems and insurance processes Insurance experience is not required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will assist existing customers with their insurance needs, including policy changes, billing questions, renewals, documentation, follow-ups, and general customer service. You will also have opportunities to earn additional commission by identifying customer needs, generating referrals, and cross-selling eligible insurance products.

TRAINING

We provide training, education, and resources to help you succeed. Insurance experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide support throughout the insurance licensing process.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM-5:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM-1:00 PM Saturday availability is required.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$35,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience PLUS commission opportunities Training provided Insurance licensing education and support provided Opportunities for professional growth and advancement

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, communicates well with customers, follows through on responsibilities, and is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. No insurance experience? That's okay. We will train the right person who is motivated to learn and obtain their Property & Casualty license.

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
