Serves both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, communicating coverage options clearly in either language. Combines a base salary with uncapped commission on sales, rewarding proactive prospecting, quoting, and closing. Responsibilities Generate new business by prospecting, following up on leads, and building referral relationships within English- and Spanish-speaking communities. Quote, present, and sell Property & Casualty policies (auto, home, renters, commercial, etc.). Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage and policy limits in the client's preferred language. Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, explaining policies, terms, and documentation clearly. Cross-sell and up-sell additional products to existing clients. Maintain accurate records of quotes, sales, and client interactions in the agency system (CRM/AMS). Retain and service the existing book of business, including renewals and policy changes. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure all transactions comply with state insurance regulations and agency standards. Requirements and experience Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in the state of Georgia. Fully bilingual

professional speaking and writing in both languages. High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree a plus). Proven ability to meet sales goals or strong customer-facing / sales aptitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both languages. Comfortable with phone, email, and in-person client outreach. Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM, quoting systems, Microsoft Office). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Skills Persuasive, consultative selling and closing ability. Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse, bilingual clientele. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset.
