Compensation:
$20.00 per hour Job Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR)•Integrated Supply is responsible for delivering exceptional on-site customer support while managing procurement and supply chain activities. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective sourcing of products and materials, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting inventory operations to meet customer demands. The CSR serves as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Execute procurement activities to meet customer demand for stock and non-stock materials in alignment with company purchasing strategies. Review and approve inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations generated by ERP systems. Evaluate existing orders and take necessary actions to expedite or adjust delivery schedules. Create and manage purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders. Identify, evaluate, and recommend vendors and products based on quality, pricing, and delivery requirements. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring product quality and on-time delivery. Coordinate returns, replacements, and resolution of damaged or non-conforming goods. Negotiate vendor returns for excess, expired, or obsolete inventory. Track and follow up on purchase orders, providing timely updates to customers. Resolve vendor-related issues including delivery delays and product discrepancies. Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers. Investigate and resolve accounts payable discrepancies with suppliers. Identify and document cost-saving opportunities for customers. Generate and maintain customer KPI and performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and LEAN practices. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1+ year of procurement, supply chain, or customer service experience preferred. CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification is a plus. Required Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to learn and navigate ERP and inventory management systems. Basic mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Work Environment & Requirements On-site role (remote work not available). Business casual dress code (collared shirt/blouse, jeans or long pants). Steel-toe shoes and safety eyewear required. Frequent interaction with customers and vendors in a professional setting.
