This is a 100% on-site role (not remote) ideal for individuals who enjoy a structured workday, clear expectations, and consistent hours. What You'll Be Doing Make outbound calls using a provided script (verbatim) Meet daily and weekly call center performance metrics Follow established policies and procedures Maintain professionalism in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Remain seated for extended periods while handling continuous calls What We're Looking For Previous call center experience required 6-12 months of customer service experience Basic computer and navigation skills Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Dependable, punctual, and open to coaching Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to pass a background check Must pass a pre-screener prior to training Must successfully complete a 30-day probationary period with strict attendance

Monday-Friday:

8:45 AM-5:00 PM, two required Saturdays per month: 8:45 AM-4:00

PM Pay:

$15.00 per hour
