Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Chat Service Representative to join our customer support team! In this role, you will be the frontline communicator, providing exceptional assistance to clients via live chat and messaging platforms. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help build strong relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Duties Engage with customers through live chat, ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional responses to inquiries. Assist clients with product information, order status, account issues, and general support needs. Utilize strong communication skills to clarify customer concerns and provide clear solutions. Record detailed interactions accurately using data entry skills in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Handle outbound messaging campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when transitioning between chat and voice support channels when needed. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and ensure consistent client service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer skills necessary for efficient data entry. Familiarity with call center technology, chat platforms, and outbound calling techniques. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Analysis skills for identifying common issues and suggesting process improvements. Previous experience with cash handling or typing accuracy is advantageous but not required.
