See Below Job Description Three Peak Construction builds luxury remodels and new builds in Park City, Deer Valley and the Wasatch Back. We work with high-expectation clients, and we care deeply about doing things the right way. We are under new management. We recently brought on a COO, Porter Nielsen, and restructured how the company runs. Every project now runs in two phases, a Design Phase and a Construction Phase. The Design Phase ends with permit-ready plans, selections made, sequencing built, and a detailed construction plan and estimate. We give clients estimates we work hard to stay within, barring change orders or unforeseen conditions. We are ambitious builders growing something big, and this hire gets in early. We are hiring a Client Care Coordinator to be the right hand to our CEO, Nate Jensen, from the first lead call through a signed Design Phase and on to a construction package that is ready to build. This role is for someone who would rather solve the problem than report it. If a designer bails, the right answer is "I found a replacement," not "the designer bailed." You report to Nate (CEO) and work closely with Porter (COO). What We're Looking For
  • A strong background in sales and client care, and the habit of anticipating what a client needs before they ask
  • Warm, energetic and quick to build rapport. People enjoy talking to you, and you are sharp
  • Completely comfortable on the phone and talking to people all day
  • Design confidence, whether from formal training or self-taught. Clients should want your input. We have designers and trade partners for the design work itself, so this is a skill that builds trust, not the job
  • Assertive enough to move clients to decisions and hold a timeline
  • Ambitious to grow a career with us in sales, design and construction
Bonus:
experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Buildertrend, or AI tools like Claude What You'll Do
  • Respond fast to new leads from our marketing, referral partners and website. Call them back promptly. (This role does not staff the live phone line.)
  • Qualify each lead: the project, the budget, the timeline, and what matters to them. Book qualified leads into a consultation with Nate
  • After Nate's consultation, use AI tools (we use Claude heavily) to build the estimate and proposal. Nate reviews and signs off
  • Follow up with prospects alongside Nate until they sign on for our Design Phase
  • Keep the Design Phase moving.
Push selections to decisions, shop with clients when needed, and get them what they need to decide.
Target:
construction package ready within about two weeks
  • Be Nate's right hand. Pick up what needs picking up, follow through on everything, and leave nothing hanging How Success Is Measured
  • Every lead gets called back promptly, every time
  • Design Phases hit the two-week target for a construction-ready package
  • Clients leave 5-star reviews
  • Nothing you own falls through the cracks Your bonus pays on two things: 5-star client reviews and projects hitting their schedule.
Typical Day You start the morning returning three new leads from yesterday's ads and a referral from an architect. Two are real. You learn the project, the budget and the timeline, and book both into a consultation with Nate. Late morning you build a proposal from Nate's consultation notes with Claude, check every line, and send it to Nate to sign off. After lunch you meet a client at a tile showroom because their selections are due Friday and they have been stuck for a week. You leave with decisions. Back at your desk you chase a designer who has gone quiet, find a replacement, and update the client before they knew there was a problem. This Job Is Not For You If
  • You wait to be told what to do next
  • You are uncomfortable asking someone what their budget is
  • You would rather send an email than pick up the phone
  • You report problems instead of solving them Who You Will Work With Nate Jensen, CEO and Owner.
Nate is a licensed general contractor with 20+ years in construction. He started as a flooring subcontractor and owned flooring, framing, excavating and concrete companies before moving into general contracting. He has run construction companies at the $50 to $70 million a year level. Nate leads sales and the client relationship from the first consultation through signing, and he understands complicated jobs, trade sequencing, and the realities that make or break a build. Porter Nielsen, COO. Porter is a licensed general contractor with an MBA and green belt Sigma Six from the University of Utah, and he owns and operates two other contracting businesses. He runs operations, systems, trade partners and marketing. He loves Park City and wants to see it grow responsibly. Growth Opportunity We are early in a planned growth phase, and this role grows with the company. Part-time to start, full time as volume grows, and a real path into sales, design and construction leadership for the person who earns it. Benefits
  • 6 paid vacation days in your first year
  • Company laptop and iPad
  • Top-tier company apparel (Vuori-level quality, not cheap logo shirts)
  • Quarterly company events
  • AI tools provided, with training on how we use them
  • Real growth: we are early in a planned growth phase
  • Health insurance and a 401(k) are on our roadmap as the company grows Three Peak Culture We are not the cheapest company in town, and we are not trying to be.
We have been featured in the Park City Parade of Homes, and our goal is to become the number one firm in the area. We do high-quality work and expect a high standard from our team. That means follow-through, professionalism, honesty, and pride in the details. We want someone who takes ownership, identifies solutions, and helps us build a company people trust. We would rather lose a bad-fit applicant than hire one. Three Peak Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Character, competence, and professionalism matter here.
