Housen Health Services is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Laurel, Maryland! As a disabled veteran-owned home care company, we are committed to providing dependable, high-quality care while creating a supportive experience for our clients, families, and caregivers. We're looking for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly. No extensive home care experience? That's okay! We are willing to train the right person. About the Role As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll help ensure our clients receive reliable, consistent care while supporting the caregivers who serve them. You'll be an important point of contact between clients, families, caregivers, and the Housen Health Services team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Your Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers Help coordinate client care and caregiver schedules Communicate schedule changes and other important updates Respond professionally and promptly to client and caregiver questions Assist with resolving scheduling issues and call-outs Maintain accurate client and caregiver information Help ensure clients receive dependable and consistent services Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families Work closely with the office team to address client and caregiver needs Participate in the every-other-weekend on-call rotation Complete additional administrative and care coordination duties as needed
