This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with technology, and interested in developing a long-term career in the financial services industry. You will receive structured learning and development , hands-on training, and opportunities to build professional skills using modern technology, including ChatGPT and other AI-assisted tools , where appropriate. ChatGPT may be used as a learning and productivity resource to help employees develop communication, organization, research, and customer-service skills. Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients. Respond to client questions and assist with routine service requests. Maintain accurate client information and records. Perform data entry and update information in the company's CRM system. Document client interactions and follow established procedures. Use CRM and other technology platforms to manage client information and follow-ups. Communicate clearly through phone, email, and other approved communication channels. Protect confidential client and company information. Complete required training and ongoing professional development. Learn about financial-services products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements. Use approved AI tools, including ChatGPT, as part of training and productivity workflows.
