Job Description
We are a well-established, client-focused law firm seeking a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Client Intake Specialist to join our firm.. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in creating a positive and professional experience from the very first interaction. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for new client intakes. Conduct intake interviews by phone , gathering and documenting accurate information. Build rapport with prospective clients and provide a compassionate, professional experience. Maintain confidential client information and ensure data is entered accurately into firm systems. Coordinate and communicate with attorneys and staff regarding prospective client matters. Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and intake requests while meeting deadlines. Assist with general administrative tasks related to the intake process. Qualifications Bilingual is a plus Positive, outgoing, compassionate, and professional demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to work independently while also contributing as a member of a team. Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Remote position
•In person initial training required and if remote access isn't available may have to go into the office to work
•Previous customer service, call center, medical office, legal office, or intake experience is preferred. Experience working in a legal environment is a plus but not required.
