Description Anisa Henry is partnered with a growing independent wealth management firm and is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its expanding team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, thrives in an operations-focused role, and is looking to build a long-term career in wealth management rather than pursuing a financial advisor track. This established fiduciary-focused firm has been serving individuals and families for more than two decades, providing personalized financial guidance and a high-touch client experience. The team is committed to putting clients' best interests first while delivering exceptional service and comprehensive wealth management solutions. The Client Service Associate will support advisors and the operations team by managing day-to-day client service requests, account maintenance, paperwork processing, and administrative functions. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. + Process new account openings and ongoing account maintenance.
+ Handle beneficiary updates, address changes, money movement requests, and other account-related transactions.
+ Assist with insurance paperwork and collect required client information.
+ Communicate with clients by phone and email to obtain documentation and answer questions.
+ Coordinate with custodians and internal team members to complete client requests.
+ Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness before submission.
+ Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
+ Support advisors with day-to-day client service and operational activities.
+ Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as needed. Qualifications + 2-3+ years of client service or operations experience within an RIA, wealth management firm, broker-dealer, or similar financial services environment.
+ Active Series 7 license required
+ California Life Insurance License required (or ability to obtain immediately upon joining).
+ Comfortable communicating directly with clients by phone and email.
+ Experience processing client paperwork, account openings, account maintenance, and related documentation.
+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
