Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and confirm client meetings, follow up calls, and other client interactions Respond to client emails promptly and professionally Prepare and maintain administrative paperwork for client accounts and relationships Create account opening and maintenance paperwork and follow up to ensure completion Maintain investment account documentation Prepare transaction and cashiering paperwork for cash distributions and contributions Review, enter, and maintain client financial information across multiple software platforms Support systems including RedTail, Addepar, eMoney, and Albridge Ensure new accounts and transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time Assist with additional administrative and client service responsibilities as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service Friendly, flexible, and professional attitude Genuine interest in supporting and building relationships with clients Excellent organizational and time management skills Self starter with strong problem solving and independent thinking skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Interest in financial planning and investment advising Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite CFP® or CFP® candidate preferred #
GA Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
