$25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Monday through Friday, flexible hours (typical 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Part-time/flexible, with full-time potential About the Opportunity We are seeking a Client Services Associate to support a team of Financial Advisors in Pearl River, NY. This role offers flexible days and hours, some work-from-home flexibility, and paid time off. The Client Services Associate enhances the client experience by providing exceptional service, supporting branch functions, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and serving as administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate has prior financial services experience as a Sales Assistant; previous Wells Fargo Advisors experience is a plus. Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses are not required. Key Responsibilities Maintain existing client relationships by processing client requests, resolving inquiries, and keeping key client information and documentation up to date Conduct client outreach to strengthen relationships and identify firm services and solutions, such as digital and online access and cash management offerings, that support clients' needs Onboard new client accounts, including collection of required documentation and client information Support the team's marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings Leverage firm resources for peer sharing and collaboration with Financial Advisors Participate proactively in firm initiatives directed by local management Engage in available training and education programs to stay current on policies, procedures, and risk awareness Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, travel and expense reports, and file and calendar maintenance 2+ years of brokerage and client services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Financial services or brokerage industry experience Experience interacting directly with customers, including responding to inquiries and requests for information Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and perform under pressure in a dynamic, complex environment Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills Team player with the ability to collaborate with others in a fast-paced, evolving environment 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and parental leave Flexible schedule Bonus opportunities Paid training Qualifications 2+ years of brokerage and client services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Financial services or brokerage industry experience Experience interacting directly with customers, including responding to inquiries and requests for information Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and perform under pressure in a dynamic, complex environment Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred ]Knowledge and Skills Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills Team player with the ability to collaborate with others in a fast-paced, evolving environment Benefits (Full-Time) Eligible upon transition to full-time status; a waiting period may apply. 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and parental leave Flexible schedule Bonus opportunities Paid training Reporting and Structure Reports to the Business Service Manager or Branch Manager, working within a team-lead management structure.
