Job Description

Job Title:
Summer 2027
Intern-Web Content Support and Administration Summary:
With the implementation of our new PIM application, we require an additional resource to support the management, maintenance, and accuracy of product information shared both internally and externally. This role will complement our existing team by helping to update and maintain product content across PIM, PIM-Hub, Momentive.com, and Samples.momentive.com. Adding this resource will improve the consistency and accuracy of product information across platforms, reduce the need for duplicate updates, and streamline the overall content management process. Ultimately, this will enhance the customer experience by ensuring customers have access to accurate, timely, and consistent product information, contributing to increased customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enrich product information, enabling seamless distribution across multiple channels and platforms. They will help manage the product information request queue, learn Adobe AEM and Momentive PIM applications, and work closely with Digital Product and Program Managers to ensure accurate and timely product updates.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing , or E-commerce is preferred Basic understanding of digital content formats, including images, videos, and documents, and their use in eCommerce platforms. Proficiency in data entry and utilization of MS Office applications. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality assurance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with product data taxonomy, product attribute mapping, and data transformation techniques.
Program Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship. The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.
Education Requirement:
Business, Information Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Base Pay Range:
$22.00 - $26.00 The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
