CLIENT SERVICES PROFESSIONAL I WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Dynamic owners of client servicing relationships that are accountable to manage all servicing needs for clients, while providing proactive and reliable solutions to support the relationship based on a vast product knowledge. Adaptable skills providing service consistently across different LOB's. Manage servicing needs for clients within a portfolio. Use product knowledge and standard procedures to provide proactive and reliable solutions to support the relationship. Provide consistent service through the end-to-end execution of tasks and requests.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Answering incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients and completing requests on the client's behalf or escalating requests as appropriate. This can include money movement (transfer and payments), providing account information, updating client information, and other requests. Normally receives detailed instruction, guidance and direction on all work. Works under general supervision. Has limited discretion to vary from establish procedures. When applicable, able to determine when collaboration or escalation are necessary. Takes accountability for decisions. Entrepreneurial sense of ownership of client inquiries & requests, with proactive anticipation of client needs. Critical thinking to creatively resolve client issues while following standard practices and procedures. Attending trainings, team meetings, and individual manager meetings for feedback, coaching, and development. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 1 year client service, operations and/or relationship management support Minimum 1 year documentation, & services client-facing experience Additional Qualifications Basic expertise across a variety of products Understanding of upstream/downstream processes & impacts

Compensation Starting base salary: $18.39 - $27.62 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
