Client Services Specialist - Hybrid#26-09012 Brooklyn, OH Hybrid Contract Starts 9/08/2026 Ends 3/05/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Client Services Specialist - Hybrid position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour, W2
Position Overview:
This position supports the Wealth Management business with a focus on fiduciary trust systems. The role involves supporting the people, products, processes, and technologies associated with this business segment by answering general inquiries and resolving operational and system issues. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage access for clients to various client-facing portals and systems Verify correct system coding and facilitate corrections as needed Research and identify system issues, working with technology partners for resolution Log service tickets for system issues and process daily and monthly reports Send out weeklymunications, including critical technology platform alerts Manage and update internal SharePoint site Provide first-line support for internal wealth management users, including general maintenance and system messaging Communicate orally and in writing with Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and Associates nationally Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Line of Business (LOB) and Operations staff Participate inmittees, system testing, upgrades, and disaster recovery tests Conduct extensive research and problem resolution onplex issues
Primary Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent extensive experience Working knowledge of mobile space, browsers, systems issues, and client navigation Minimum of three years of experience in bank operations, trust administration, wealth management, and/or technology operations Must have a client-first attitude and possess a sense of urgency for problem resolution Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and oralmunication skills Above-average PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with wealth management platforms, trust accounting systems, reporting tools, and CRM software Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers Knowledgeable about how organizations function and how to get things done through formal and informal channels Knowledgeable in current and future policies, practices, and trends in the investment management business Exhibits great attention to detail and high levels of integrity and trust Ability to work independently and in larger team-based environments Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
