In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their experience. You will build strong relationships, resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and help deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist clients with account-related questions, services, and general support. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns. Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups as needed. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software. Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. Preferred Skills Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
