Client Support Associate LHH has partnered with a Global Organization in their search for Client Service Associates to join their team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoy delivering high-quality service to clients. Position Overview The Client Service Associate will provide front-line support to clients, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and written communication Respond to client requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner Track and manage client interactions using a case management or CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) Escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams when needed Follow up on open inquiries to ensure complete resolution Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall client experience Assist with data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects Qualifications 1-2+ years of customer service or client support experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus Professional, customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skillsCompensation & Details Pay:
$23/hourContract Length:
6 months (with potential for extension)Schedule:
