• TRAINING

STARTS NOV 4TH PAY

• $21 hr.

MUST HAVES

• A bachelors degree in any field and a minimum of 2 yrs call center experience.

Will be handling all incoming customer account call inquires ranging from; Taking payments Scheduling pymt arrangements Bringing past due accounts current Issues concerning account Updating information on account

TRAINING

• 2-3 weeks from 8am
• 5pm, Monday thru Friday

AFTER TRNG

• 3 Days a week from either 8am
• 5pm or 9am
• 6pm and the remaining 2 days of the week from 11am
• 8pm. 2 Saturdays a month from 8am
• 12pm (OVERTIME)
• Typical time frame to perm is between 10
• 12 months
