What You'll Do Assist customers by placing orders and answering product questions Maintain a calm, professional tone and deliver excellent service from your home workspace Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience Qualifications Must live in Texas and be able to travel to our headquarters to pick up equipment Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum) Quiet, distraction-free workspace Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Friendly, professional attitude Availability to work weekends as needed Due to the short nature of our seasonal window, time off is generally not available during peak season (November-January). Applicants should be prepared to work all scheduled shifts during this time.
