The Republican is seeking to hire a part-time Customer Care Associate
THIS POSITION REQUIRES
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot client requests in a fast-paced, deadline- oriented environment. Fast and accurate typing and computer skills. Must be prompt, dependable, and organized.

The position involves inside sales for various classified categories, including assisting area funeral directors and other customers with placing obituaries, in-memoriams, legal and public notices, and other classified advertising in our print and digital media platforms. This is a
PART-TIME
position in our Classified Advertising department. Customer Care Associate This position is 20 part-time hours weekly; Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm. Training for this position will take place in our offices at 1860 Main Street, Springfield, MA. Upon completing the training, the successful candidate can elect to work from home but will still be required to report to the office periodically, so ideally the applicant lives in the local area.
