Description The Customer Care Representative is a compassionate problem-solver with exceptional listening and communication skills. Primary Duties:
- Provide premium customer service through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media.
- Handle inquiries related to package logistics, returns, refunds, product details, and warranty support.
- Assist customers with website navigation, product selection, and general questions to ensure a seamless experience.
