We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. In this role, you will help support pet owners and veterinary clients through exceptional service, while contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

Full-Time Schedule:

Six weeks paid training; post-training hybrid 11:30 AM-8 PM with rotating

Saturdays Compensation:

Starting at $18/hour plus bonus opportunities

• Navigate patient and prescriber systems to support prescription needs
• Support orders, account updates, and service requests
• Collaborate across pharmacy and fulfillment teams
• Maintain quality customer interactions via phone and chat What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Pharmacy technician experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
