Customer Service Sgt. Clean Car Wash |

Northeast Ohio Starting Pay:

$25/hour Do you genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems? At Sgt. Clean Car Wash, we're building something new. As one of the first members of our centralized Customer Care team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how we support thousands of guests and members across our growing company. This isn't a traditional call center job. Every day you'll help guests with memberships, billing questions, service recovery, and account support while helping us improve our customer care processes along the way. If you're someone who enjoys creating positive experiences, staying organized, and finding solutions, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Assist guests by phone, email, and online inquiries. Resolve membership, billing, and account questions. Help guests with wash quality concerns and service recovery. Document customer interactions and manage account updates. Identify trends and recommend ways to improve the guest experience. Partner with Operations, Marketing, and site leadership to ensure consistent service. We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys helping people and solving problems. Communicates professionally and confidently. Can remain calm during difficult conversations. Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Learns new technology quickly. Takes ownership and enjoys improving processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of customer service, hospitality, retail, membership support, or call center experience preferred. Why Sgt. Clean?
