Customer Service Assistant

Customer Relations Assistant NSVR-MN, a locally owned and operated property management company, is seeking to hire an individual with proven customer service experience in the hospitality or service industry. Applicants should be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, as well in a team-setting. This role will consist of a blend of on-site responsibilities and remote computer-based tasks. Initial training will take place over a 60-day period, of which will be in-person sessions. This role will include being "on call" during select weeknights and weekend. Responsibilities Manage Communication with Guests Professionally managing guest communications from pre-reservations to post stays through Cirrus, VRBO, Airbnb, email, or phone in a timely manner. Promptly address guest issues and concerns during their stay by phone, text or email. Proficiency with Gmail and Google Calendars preferred. Applicants should be able to utilize features such as filters, templates, and setting reminders or events. All communication must reflect a high level of professionalism and be grammatically correct. Manage Platforms- Cirrus, VRBO, Airbnb Key to this position is the goal of retaining our "Super Host" status, for all our properties by requesting, completing, and replying to all reviews. Training will be provided for Cirrus, VRBO and Airbnb platforms. Create, update, and maintain communication templates in platforms. Manage and update email lists. Create and manage content for Guest Binders for each property. Responsible for resolving platform issues when they arise. Internal Communication Skills Distribute last-minute reservations updates-early or late check-ins, additional days added to all appropriate team members. Notifying maintenance of issues reported by guests. Work with Trello for task management for supplies and maintenance needs.
