Location:
Hybrid (Towson, MD)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM 4:15 PM EST Will support employees and employers with their retirement savings plans. Deliver exceptional service by answering inbound calls (no sales) and providing accurate information on retirement plans. Educate plan participants about account features and guide them through processes. Resolve participant issues quickly and professionally, facilitating efficient problem resolution. 2-3 years' experience in customer service or a call center setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF handling. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce. Bilingual Spanish/English.
