Position Overview:

Air Novations is seeking a reliable and organized Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating service operations by managing incoming customer requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow across multiple trades including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and food service equipment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and create service tickets Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and availability Coordinate service calls across multiple trades (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, food service) Order parts and track job progress as needed Prepare invoices upon job completion Preferred (Not Required) Experience with
