OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to join our team in Norwalk, CT. This is a 6-month paid full-time internship opportunity working in a hybrid working model where the flexibility to work remotely is available. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting customers, resolving inquiries, and learning the fundamentals of customer service operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to develop professional skills in a fast-paced business environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with product, service, order, and account-related questions Accurately document and maintain records in customer service systems Support corporate gifting programs Assist with special projects and peak season gifting initiatives Deliver white glove service through personalized support for key customers Follow up with customers to ensure a positive gifting experience Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary Support order tracking, issue resolution, and follow-up communications Help identify common customer concerns and suggest process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
