In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience across chat, email, and phone support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via digital channels and phone with speed and professionalism. Troubleshoot and resolve account, product, or service issues efficiently. Guide customers through platform features, policies, and troubleshooting steps. Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to internal teams. Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold company support standards. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a support environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable navigating computers, ticketing software, and web-based tools.
