The Opportunity We're looking for customer-oriented service professionals to provide support through client programs as an independent contractor. The best CSPs are genuinely excited to help people — patient, empathetic, and natural communicators who take pride in solving problems and advocating for the customer. As an independent contractor, you'll set your own hours within your chosen program's guidelines, working from the comfort of your own home-based business. What You'll Do Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction Build trust and rapport with customers through clear, open communication Provide accurate, complete information using approved tools and methods Meet the call handling and performance standards of your selected program Resolve customer concerns with appropriate solutions, following up to ensure resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow program-specific communication procedures and guidelines Go the extra mile to create a great customer experience What You Bring Prior customer service or client-facing experience preferred Strong phone presence and active listening skills Comfort with CRM systems and related tools Ability to adapt your approach to different personalities and situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time independently High school diploma or equivalent A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with hardwired internet Ready to take control of your schedule?
