Remote Customer Service Representative (NJ Residents Only) π Work From Home | New Jersey π² $18.00/hr English | $19.00/hr Bilingual English/Spanish π Full-Time | Seasonal Open Enrollment Project Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Looking for a remote opportunity where you can make a difference? What You'll Do:
Answer inbound customer calls and provide healthcare enrollment support Assist consumers with applications, account updates, and eligibility questions Document interactions accurately in company systems Handle high-volume calls with professionalism and empathy Escalate issues when necessary and follow established proceduresQualifications:
β High School Diploma or GED β At least 6 months of customer service experience β Strong computer and data entry skills β Excellent communication and multitasking abilities β Call center experience is a plus β Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to applyTraining Requirements:
Paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST for 3 weeks Attendance is mandatory during training and nesting Camera must remain on during training sessions No planned absences during the first 6 weeks of employmentEquipment Requirements:
Windows 10 or newer PC Minimum 8GB RAM Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or better) Reliable wired high-speed internet (no cellular internet) Wired headset Smartphone for authentication Second monitor requiredImportant Notes:
