- : This position is responsible for the ongoing management of clients' annual reports portfolios.

Intermediate Problem-Solving:

Manages time and tasks efficiently.Advanced Product Knowledge:
Good understanding of multiple product/service features.- Computer literacy and able to learn the use of new software with ease.
QA Understanding:
Knowledge of quality assurance standards.- Responsibilities
- : • Respond to a wider range of customer inquiries about RASi's services and the role of a registered agent.
- Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
- Efficiently manage the annual report submission process based on RASi's proprietary database and worksite.
- Efficiently manage the follow-up of Reporting issues, including obtaining required client data, signatures, and supporting documents.
- Efficiently manage the onboarding of Annual Report Services clients. Responsible for effectively communicating with other RASi teams regarding delays, issues, or other blocks in the compliance process. Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards.

Compensation:
- $29,200.00 - $48,900.00 USD This role is eligible for Bonus. _Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
